2350 Lombard Street
This new mixed-use development wraps protectively around a raised mews at a bustling intersection in San Francisco's Marina District. A large corner bay anchors the building and looks towards the Golden Gate, while four house like structures spread out along Lombard Street, standing on slim concrete legs. A tall glazed central stair tower animates the Scott Street side, offering views from the street into the mews and beyond. Twelve townhouses rest on a raised podium over the glass enclosed first floor commercial space and a basement home for automobiles.
